Life Changing!Sep 02, 2010 I am 21 weeks pregnant with a pregnancy-induced vulvar varicose vein condition. Just days ago I had a near emotional break down because of the pain I was enduring just walking or standing for any period of time. I was desperate for help. My OB recommended full maternity compression hosiery. Just as I was about to purchase a pair online, Amazon suggested that others had purchased the V2 Support product. Reluctant to wear heavy hosiery in 90 degree weather, I read on....
I was intrigued by the reviews describing my exact condition. I rush shipped it to my house, and have been pain free from the moment I put on the V2 Supporter! I was skeptical at first, because I wasn't sure it was "doing anything". Hours later, when I continued to be pain free, I knew it had to be working. Yes, this contraption is tight and not what you would consider the most "comfortable". Yes, it gives you a muffin top and bad panty lines. :) On the upside, if you are truly in desperation from the pain, you've found your answer. I have found that wearing Amon Maternity Be-Attitude Skivvies underneath help tremendously with my comfort level. Also, as other reviewers described, pocketed jeans help disguise the panty lines, as does a longer shirt.
If only I had this product with my first pregnancy! My final advice: Spend the money - you won't be disappointed.
Great product - get 1 size bigger than you measure!Aug 30, 2010 This product is wonderful! I read a lot of reviews that said to order 1 size larger than you need. Pre-pregnancy, I was a size 6. I ordered a medium and it fits perfect.
Weird, but worth itJul 06, 2010 I needed to purchase one of these at 25 weeks. This was the first time I've had varicosities while pregnant and they are horrible! I have been using it for about 2 weeks now, and I certainly notice a difference on the days I don't use it. I would echo the advice about purchasing one a size larger than the weight limits indicate. I would have easily fit in the small according to the weight guide, but am finding the medium fits well and I'll be able to wear it for the duration of my pregnancy. It is visible under pants with stretchy fabric, but I'm a SAHM so luckily I don't have to worry about how it looks very much. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is b/c it has a tendency to pull my underwear and pants down with it. I may need to go buy some bigger/maternity underwear to put underneath it. It is not particulary comfortable and takes awhile to get used to, but it is better than the heavy, throbbing feeling every time you stand up.
Here's more size info, had to jury rig mine, but it DOES workJul 03, 2010 Here's additional sizing info from the package: Hip Measurements:Petite - <28", Small - 28 to 36", Medium - 37 to 44", Large 45-54".
If you don't need extreme hip compression, get a size bigger. I had to cut the hipband open in the back as it caused hip pain for me. I inserted about 8" of velcro to close the band in back. It holds hardly any tension across the back anymore, but it still provides compression in the desired area.

Provides great support!!Jun 20, 2010 This is such a great product! I never write reviews, but felt I needed to because the V2 Supporter really does help with the discomforts of vulva varicose veins. I'm 21 weeks into my second pregnancy and the uncomfortable veins appeared just in the last few weeks. I really struggled with different methods to get comfortable "down there" and am SOOOO glad I finally found this product!! I apologize for how long this review is, but I really hope it helps any women considering this product.
It's not the most flattering undergarment, but it really does work! I bought two so I could rotate, and I wear them over my underwear. I ordered one size larger than what the sizing chart said I'd wear, which made the waist band a little loose but it still provided great pelvic support. I have quite the booty and I haven't noticed terrible underwear lines (believe me I looked closely!!), but I've only worn it with jeans so far. I will be wearing pregnancy shapewear over it and under my work pants because I am sure lines will show with thinner dress pants material. It's a little itchy here and there, and it's pretty tight fitting product, but the support and relief it provides completely overrides those minor irritations.
