Great Idea but I have some things to consider...Nov 10, 2001

This is a great idea. You know it is clean. You know your child won't fall in. It makes it easy to potty train your child while still living your life (going to the store, traveling etc). Here are my two thoughts: 1- you have to make sure the flaps are all pushed down when you set it up, before your child sits on it. It could pinch a bottom. I know this for fact. 2- It is not so small that you can easily carry it in a small diaper bag (unless you are not carrying very much in the diaper bag). So, just be aware. Certainly it would fit in a diaper bag if you only have one child and do not carry much else. It would fit in a purse that is on the larger side. This is very durable having been banged around and carried around quiet a bit. It is a great idea. We use it.

Great idea!Jul 28, 2001
We're currently in the process of potty training our 2 yr old daughter, and we travel a bit. I saw this and thought it a great idea! Only problem is, if the seat isn't EXACTLY on right, it can slide off of some hotel toilets. Doesn't work to well on the extra large (oblong) toilets because the back part isn't supported by the normal toilet seat, but it does help. And you do know its clean and you know where its been, so when lil one puts her hands on it to help support herself, you don't have to worry about what shes acutally picking up. Travels well in a diaper bag, purse, or the back of a stroller.

So easy to take alongMay 24, 2001
By Christine Franklin I purchased this seat for my 3 year old son when he was being potty trained. I panicked at the thought of being out in public and have him utter those famous words "I need to go potty !!!" After purchasing this seat I no longer panic ! I just take him into the restroom, place the seat on the toilet and the problem is solved. So easy to carry in my purse. One drawback is that it doesnt have a guard so we have to be careful "with our aim ". I have recommended this product to all of my friends that are in the process of potty training their children !! I will be eager to use it when my now 15 month old is ready to learn !!

THIS SEAT IS NOT STURDY AND DOES CATCH YOUR CHILD'S SKINMay 30, 2002
By Ann Marie L. THIS SEAT DOES NOT FIT WELL ON ELONGATED TOILET BOWLS. I TRIED TO USE IT ON A PUBLIC TOILET AND WHEN I TRIED TO PUT MY DAUGHTER ON IT, IT SLIPPED OFF AND FOLDED UP, PINCHING HER SKIN. I THINK I WILL BE BRINGING A REGULAR SEAT WHEN WE GO AWAY AGAIN. MAYBE GRACO SHOULD PUT A LOCKING MECHANISM ON THE BACK OF THE SEAT SO IT WON'T CLOSE ON A CHILD'S SKIN.

I'VE YET TO FIND A TOILET IT FITS ON!May 14, 2002
By Angie The only thing about this seat that is good is the fact that it folds up. I'm training two kids now and neither one will use it. It does help protect some, but it does not come close to covering any seat that we have tried it on and my kids still touch the toilet seat.
