Magnetic Maze a disappointmentJan 05, 2007
By S. Marcuson Although rated for 2 year olds I found that the magnetic wand was too narrow and small and not strong enough to really attach to the little ball inside the maze. It is even hard for adults and was totally frustrating - and not fun - for my 2 1/2 year old.

Nice Take Along ToyJun 10, 2011
By reg I bought this for my twin 2 year old grandchildren. I like the small size and lack of pieces, which makes it easy to take with you to the doctor's office or on a trip. Would even work for going to a restaurant. Can they do this easily when they first get it? No. It requires them to work on their small muscle motor skills as well as eye-hand coordination. I like things where they have to keep working at it as they improve the skill needed to do it. They get bored if it is too easy for them when they first get it.

ChallengingNov 14, 2008
By R. Kissinger I bought this for my 18 month old, and yes, it was too difficult. He kept trying it and by the time he was 2 he was able to control the movement of the balls. The more he plays with it the better he can do. It is a great hand-eye coordination toy. It is also a good sit down, quiet toy good for the car too.
