Find something else!Dec 29, 2010
By ILmom We have had this for about a year, and it is rarely played with and it's frustrating to my daughter when she does use it. Usually, the side of the camper that swings open falls off almost immediately and since she can't put it back together herself it just sits. She loves her dollhouse, and plays with it a lot, but this just takes up space. In order to open it up, you have to carefully swing the side out straight and then flip down a support under the side to stand it up. It's hard to close back up, so if she opened it without the side falling off, it will come apart when she tries to close it. My 3 year old doesn't really want to have to fuss with anything so much. She also has trouble getting the people into the front seat to drive. Not the best design. It is huge, and cheaply made- I really wish it wasn't always falling apart. Try to find something else to drive your dolls around in (would they fit in the loving family car?).
That stupid door!Jun 19, 2011
By Angie S. If it wasn't for that stupid door this would be a great toy! It is so cute, and my daughter wanted it so much! If the door would stay on she would play with it all the time. The only reason it's still in my house is because I keep hoping I will figure out a way to make it stay on!
Until the comany fixes this problem I would stay away from this toy.
Also, as mentioned by at least one other person, it doesn't come with any people! You would think for the price they could include at least one! I got mine as a combo with the house, which is adorable and comes with peoople!
Not the Best ValueJan 08, 2011
By Amanda L. Davis First of all, this doesn't even come with 1 person to play with in it. We didn't have any other Caring Corners stuff, so this wasn't really fun for my daughters. I didn't have the $12 to buy 1 person, and I certainly didn't have the money it would take to acquire a whole family worth. The door to this also falls off constantly and is hard to put back on.

This van is adorable! It's bigger than it looks in the picture. Very colorful! Great gift for my 4 year old Granddaughter.
FrustratingOct 15, 2010
By Suz We purchased this toy for my daughter's 5th birthday last January. She absolutely loves this toy, and I love the concept of all of the Caring Corner toys. But she gets frustrated because the swing open part constantly falls off. Since she can't fix it herself, she always has to interrupt her playing to get me to fix it. I've read the other reviews and almost all of them have the same complaint. I called Learning Curve, and their customer care department said that mine was the first call to them to complain of this problem! The person I spoke with was very nice and accomodating, but since they didn't know about this problem, there is no solution at this time. So, parents, get on the phone to let them know what is happening with your toys! If nobody lets the company know, then they won't know they have to fix it! The number is 1-800-704-8697.
