Great diaper bagMay 10, 2007
By lj I really love this diaper bag, it is beautiful, has everything it needs, and doesn't look like a "grandma" bag - the only thing I would change is make it a little bigger to fit more in it, but there is plenty of room for everyday use.

Just right size everyday backpackJul 12, 2007
By J. Parsons Just what I wanted. A small backpack to free up my hands. The material is very soft and pretty. Pockets are great, two on outside are very helpful, other two on outside are too small and not snug. I would also have liked more substantial shoulder straps, but I do recommend this packpack.

Just the right size! Convenient and StylishAug 14, 2008

""Mommy" of Many!"
I love the Madeline backpacks best because they are great quality, long lasting (I've carried mine for over a year and not a single bit of damage), and are really cute. I am able to carry all of my daughter's meals for the day, a day's supply of diapers and wipes, a changing pad, back-up odds and ends such as meds and creams, lotions, etc. and my stuff like my wallet and a make-up bag. I disagree with anyone who says this bag is too small unless they like to carry around just way too much stuff-- I guess that's just a subjective thing, but at any rate, I think it is perfectly designed (love the pop-out stroller straps), convenient (yes, hands-free!) and it is stylish too! Not my top recommendation for a mom toting around several children of different ages, but for a mom of one or two, easy-peasy!!
Kennesaw MomApr 17, 2011
By Kennesaw Mom I had one of the expensive Bumble Bags, and the zippers broke on it. I loved the style and shape, so I decided to try this brand again. I love this bag. So much better than its expensive counterpart. I totally recommend it!

Poorly designedNov 23, 2007

The pattern is fabulous... but that's about it. It's on the small side for a backpack. The pockets on the side can't really hold bottles. I struggled to get Avent bottles in there. There is only one slim pocket on the front and minimal pockets on the inside. You won't be able to sort things to easily retrieve them later. The outside material is soft and fuzzy and I doubt it can withstand much abuse (or simply water for that matter). I returned mine after seeing the lack of organizational compartments and space. Take a look a the Packabe by Ju Ju Be instead. Now *they* thought of everything.
